Overview

We care about your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Data we collect

• Account data (name, email) when you register.
• Usage data (pages viewed, exercises completed) to improve learning and performance dashboards.
• Technical data (IP, device, cookies) for security, analytics, and localization.
• Push notification subscription data (a browser-generated push endpoint, public encryption keys, coarse platform/browser type, app version, anonymous installation identifier and optional linked account ID) when you explicitly enable notifications. You can disable notifications from the app or device settings.
• PWA analytics data (an anonymous installation identifier, coarse platform/browser type, installation status, app launches, recent activity dates, daily counters for meaningful actions such as quiz completion, word or grammar practice, worksheet creation, and PDF generation, and aggregated installation-funnel events such as offer display, install interaction, native prompt choice, first app open, and first meaningful use) to measure whether the mobile app is installed and genuinely used. Raw IP addresses and complete user-agent strings are not stored in the PWA analytics counters.

How we use data

• Provide and improve worksheets, quizzes, and dashboards.
• Personalize content and measure progress.
• Detect abuse, prevent fraud, and ensure service reliability.
• Send service emails (verification, reset, critical updates).
• Send optional push alerts about newly published learning content and important service announcements when notifications are enabled.

Cookies & Analytics

We use essential cookies for login and security, and first-party analytics to understand usage trends. The installed mobile app stores an anonymous installation identifier in browser storage so installation-funnel steps, app openings, and aggregated meaningful use can be counted without identifying a physical device with certainty. You can clear this identifier through your browser or app storage settings.

Data sharing

We do not sell personal data. We may share limited data with service providers (e.g., email delivery, hosting) under data processing agreements.

Retention

We retain data as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. You may request deletion at any time.

Your rights

• Access, correct, export, or delete your data.
• Withdraw consent for optional communications.

Children

For under-age learners, teacher or guardian oversight is required. We recommend using classroom codes rather than personal emails where possible.
